Small supplement for the last time
first Point: Yami-Silver has allowed me to an agreed date the Banned List - open to speculation thread. Do not ask me when. You will see him when he is open.
second Point: I have my mail for the Banned List - speculation thread now 100% complete. Meanwhile, the speculation post or article, the latter shall be better, become more full on 18 pages. This will be published as the first answer mail after the start with the thread post rules (which will hopefully this time sensitive).
